4. The Modern Conductor by Elizabeth A.H. Green now in it’s seventh edition co-author Mark Gibson published by Pearson Prentice Hall, New Jersey USA 2004. Any old editions are fine especially the 6th edn. This is a US college text for conducting based on the technical principles of Nicolai Malko as set forth in his The Conductor and His Baton.
